Updates Stalled

Yeah..... it's been a long time. Gecko and I have been majorly stalled on updating stuff. I'm going to do what I can to get the next chapter of Free of Danger out. Might help if I start my other story that I've come up with using modified versions of some beloved OCs from one of my Roleplays that has died.
I'll hopefully get back to updating this year. Never intended to let the story sit for so long.

Okay, life threw a few curve balls and stopped my progress on Free of Danger for a bit. Also, a friend was helping me go through and rewrite the first four chapters because I felt like I was going through things too quickly. Chapter 1 was rewritten, and she is still reading chapters 2 and 3. Chapter 4 is going to be split into two chapters, so when I update be sure to reread chapter 4 and then 5. Chapter 6 is also underway and should be out following shortly after. My motivation is finally returning and I'll do my best to get some things out ASAP.

Sorry about the wait on posting chapter 4. My editor has a busy schedule right now and he's been having issues getting it read for me. Still, it's done now and chapter 5 is underway.
Quick note: Gecko and I found some info we hadn't known about on pakipedia (DV version of wiki) and so we made some changes to the story by adding a few characters. Everything has been edited to include these changes and it hasn't affected the plot in any way, shape, or form.

Gecko is going to Alabama on a Habitat for Humanity trip with her college. While on her trip she won't have internet access so we won't be able to communicate ideas for our story. We're going to try and get chapter 5 of Free of Danger written before she goes so it can be posted during the week she is gone. We have a few weeks for this, so we're hoping this plan works.

As of chapter 3 Free of Danger was +10k words long so I decided to upload it to TFA on my own account. I have the first three chapters here and should have chapter 4 before too long since it was almost ready to post.
I also uploaded my DV crossover story A Ripple in Fate. It's a crossover with Madeleine L'Engle's A Wrinkle in Time.
